The Magic in Possibility

A few weeks ago, I had my first meditation published on InsightTimer. I LOVE InsightTimer. I love the platform, love the meditations, and love the teachers that are showcased on it. I love it so much that I have logged a total of 525 days and 31,900 minutes of meditation using the app.

I have been in awe of the people who are on InsightTimer and, honestly, never thought I would be one of them. But, I am proud to say that I am now a published InsightTimer meditation teacher!

I’m sharing this story with you because I know there are people out there who don’t believe they can do something. Whether it’s getting on InsightTimer or another app, running a marathon or 5k, getting a degree, starting a business, writing a book ….. or whatever other dream you may have had.

I’m going to let you in on a little secret …. whatever IT is,
you ABSOLUTELY CAN do it.

I believe in possibility. As Emily Dickinson once said, “I dwell in possibility.” And today, I would like to invite you to dwell in possibility, too.

The size of your dream is inconsequential. What may feel big to me, may feel small to you … and vice versa. What matters is that you listen to your inner wisdom, that voice that has been quietly trying to get your attention, and LISTEN. Take a step. Identify the thing. Find out one way to get the process going. Give it a shot.

And, if you need some inspiration, here are some tools to get you started (these all started as impossible dreams until they weren’t {wink, wink}):

1. My meditations on InsightTimer;
2. My illustrated children’s book;
3. My podcast; and
4. My possibility course.

Have you wanted to create something? Has something stopped you? Would you like to share your story with me? Hit reply, I’d love to learn more!

And remember, “It always seems impossible, until it’s done.” Nelson Mandela
In awe of you,
