"SURVIVING IS IMPORTANT. THRIVING IS ELEGANT." - DR. MAYA ANGELOU

ABOUT

I am a Mother an Attorney  a Yogi  an Author  a Teacher a Possibility Advocate

Hi, I’m Gabriela, and it is my deepest desire to help you fall completely in love with Mondays.
For most of my adult life, I’ve struggled to find fulfillment in all the usual places. While outwardly, I often appeared to have “made it”—beautiful family, high-responsibility job, six-figure salary—deep down I knew that something wasn’t working. Despite how hard I worked, I never felt like it was enough. Like I was enough.
In an attempt to find myself, I switched jobs. Multiple times. I thought that if I simply found the right job, things would fall into place, and I’d get the old me back. But it didn’t work that way. I was stuck on hold. Waiting for myself to show up.
Eventually, I had a realization that I was the one with the ability to change my life. I began to understand that the way to make these changes was to begin the process of getting to know myself … again

I surrounded myself with like-minded individuals. I read and researched everything I could. I took not one, but three yoga teacher trainings and became a certified meditation instructor. And then, I started to teach these tools and techniques to others.
Slowly, I began to hear my own inner voice, that innate wisdom that knows exactly what I need. I began to trust myself and my decisions again and as a result, I began to feel more like me than ever before.
I’ll be honest. My process hasn’t been quick and easy. And it hasn’t happened overnight. But it has happened. And is happening. With every day, I get closer to fully embodying the New Monday lifestyle.
I want you to know that I see you. And I’ve been there. I figured out what I needed to get over my Sunday night blues. Now I’m making it my mission to help you do the same.

And this is why
The New Firm was created.

Founded in 2015, the New Firm was created so that high-achieving professionals could have a place to learn to love Mondays again.

It is a place where you will explore, through courses, the membership, and the community, how to live and breathe the New Monday lifestyle every day.
